Delicious full meal smoothies
Berry bowl
Berrylicious Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 300ml (7 fl oz) of orange or apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 100ml (3.5 fl oz) of raspberries
  • 2 servings of Ambronite Berries

1. Mix the ingredients in a blender
2. Pour the smoothie in a bowl
3. Add your favorite toppings (for example coconut flakes, chia seeds, berries, cacao nibs, nuts, fruits)
4. Enjoy
Green Mojito Smoothie
Green Mojito Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • a small piece of ginger (about 2cm in length)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • a large handful of mint leaves
  • 1 serving of Ambronite
  • 2dl of ice cold water
  • (add some ice cubes if you like)

1. Remove the apple core and cut the apple in smaller pieces
2. Peel the ginger and squeeze the lime.
3. Place all the ingredients into a blender and let it run until smooth
4. If the texture is too thick, add a little water
5. Pour into a glass or bowl and decorate as you desire.
6. Enjoy immediately
Summer Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 serving of Ambronite Banana
  • 2 dl of oat milk
  • A handful of fresh strawberries
  • A half handful of redcurrants

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and let it run until smooth
2. Pour into a glass or a bowl
3. Decorate with your favorite toppings if you wish
4. Enjoy

The HERO Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
Base:
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1-2 servings Ambronite
  • 1.5-2 cups plant-based milk
Toppings:
  • 2 TBSP coconut milk yoghurt
  • 1 square dark chocolate
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • Handful of coconut flakes

1. Combine the base ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Leave to soak in the fridge overnight or for 4-5 hours.
2. Top with yoghurt, seeds, dark chocolate, coconut flakes, berries or your choice of toppings.
3. Serve up and enjoy!

Frozen Chokeberry Bomb

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams frozen chokeberries (you can also use blueberries).
  • 1 frozen banana.
  • 2 scoops or bags of Ambronite.
  • 2 big tablespoons of whey protein (grass fed if possible).
  • 1 tablespoon of maca powder.
  • Pinch of quality sea salt (ie. Guerande).
  • Plant based milk to your liking of texture (ie. Oatly iKaffe).

1. Put all ingredients to a blender and smoothen the goodness up.
2. Pour to a glass and top up with ie. frozen berries, raw cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
3. Enjoy and supercharge yourself.

Ingredients:
  • 100ml (3.5 fl oz) of oat milk / almond milk / soy milk
  • 100ml (3.5 fl oz) of vegan yoghurt
  • 100ml (3.5 fl oz) of baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1 serving of Ambronite Banana

1. Mix the ingredients in a blender
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl
3. Add your favorite toppings (for example coconut flakes, chia seeds, dried berries, cacao nibs, nuts)
4. Enjoy

Spicy Avocado & Nuts

Ingredients:
  • 200ml (7 fl oz) of cold water
  • 1 avocado
  • 10 cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric root powder
  • 1 teaspoon of grinded black peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 serving of Ambronite Original

1. Mix the ingredients in a blender
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl
3. Add your favorite toppings (for example coconut flakes, seeds, berries, cacao nibs, nuts, fruits)
4. Enjoy
Vitamin Bomb Smoothie
