ambronite pancakes
Ambronite Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 serving of Ambronite banana
  • coconut oil

1. Mix the banana, eggs and Ambronite in a blender.
2. Heat the coconut oil on a frying pan.
3. Spoon the pancake mixture on to the pan and cook from both sides.
4. Serve plain or with your chosen berries and fruits.
Enhancements
Add a half scoop of vanilla flavored
pea protein powder to the pancake mix
(Tastes even more delicious!)

Variation:
Switch the Ambronite banana to
Ambronite berries, add 50 - 100 ml
of frozen berries into the mix
and instead of vanilla flavored
protein powder, use berry
flavored protein powder.
ambronite muffin
Ambronite Muffins

Ingredients:
250 ml (1 cup) Ambronite Berries
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
120 ml (½ cup) coconut sugar
1 large egg (vegan options: mashed banana, apple sauce or silken tofu)
180 ml (¾ cup) plain Greek yogurt (vegan options: soy - / coconut yogurt / this)
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
350 ml (1 ½ cups) oat flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
180 ml (¾ cup) blueberries
1. Preheat your oven to 165 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Grease your muffin tin with butter of cooking spray or use cupcake paper.
3. In a large bowl, mix the oil and honey together.
4. Add eggs (or vegan substitutes) and beat well.
5. Add Ambronite and all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well with a large spoon.
6. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups.
7. Bake muffins for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
8. Enjoy with family or friends!
Enhancements:
Before putting the muffins into the oven, top it with apple slices.
After you take them out, rince some cinnamon on top of the muffins.
Ambronite Bread
Ambronite Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1 dl (3 1⁄2 oz) Ambronite
  • 2 dl (7 oz) buckwheat flakes
  • 2 dl (7 oz) oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dl (10 oz) water
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon caraway

1. Mix psyllium with water and let it soak for ten minutes.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add water, eggs and olive oil with the dry stuff.
4. Mix in psyllium.
5. Set the dough in a silicon bread pan. Bake for 20 minutes in 200 celsius (390 Fahrenheit).
ambronite ice cream
Ambronite Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100 ml (3.5 fl oz) of oat milk / vegan yoghurt
  • 1 serving of Ambronite

1. Mix the ingredients in a blender
2. Pour the mix in a freeze box
3. Freeze for 1 hour
4. Enjoy with your friends
Enhancements:
Add cacao nibs / frozen berries / teaspoon of your
favorite spice to the recipe for different flavors.
