Inka Immonen is an expert in upgrading mental performance and health with neuroscience, nutrition, and biohacking. She is a science writer, speaker, and yoga teacher with an educational background in psychology.

I started my meditation practice almost 10 years ago when I was seeking tools that would allow me to live with chronic pain. I have discovered that meditation not only can make you generally healthier and happier but there are also several specific techniques that allows you to train wide set of mental skills: life goals, focus and concentration, relaxation, compassion, gratitude and so on. It is fun, meaningful and very efficient way to increase life quality - kind of like proper nutrition and exercise”
