Mix 95 g / 3.4 oz of Ambronite with 500 ml / 2 - 2.5 cups
of cold water, plant-based milk, or add into
your favorite smoothie recipe.
I have tried other meal replacements and this one beats them all. I stay full for the full 4 hours and sometimes more after each shake. It's especially good for me since I regularly skip breakfast and lunch during workdays. Out of all the flavors, the banana flavor is my favorite! I thought they would be too sweet, like some shakes can be, but all three flavors have just the right amount of sweetness.
I just got the berries, I really wanted ginger. Ginger is so hard to get. They are always pushing the berries or banana.
Way better then Soylent
I have been using Ambronite for several years.
Ambronite is much easier to use. One meal, one packet... add water... go. There is no need to prepare the day before and refrigerate, like Soylent.
Ambronite is all natural. It can be imported in Canada without any issue. Soylent... not so much.
Ambronite (berry flavor) does not taste as good, for me, as Soylent. A weird mix of flavors, from fruity to oaty to ... banana? ... and the green color does not help at all. Soylent had for me a milky taste consistent with its color.
